Shimla [India], Dec. 4 (ANI): After implementing the cashless system at Raj Bhawan in Himachal Pradesh, Governor and Chancellor of Universities Acharya Devvrat has taken the initiative to extend the system in all government and private sector universities in the state. A special meeting has been called by him on December 7 at Raj Bhawan to discuss the implementation of this system. The Vice Chancellors of Universities, heads of the leading banks and senior officers of the Reserve Bank of India would also attend this meeting.
