At least 13 persons were killed and one sustained injuries, when their vehicle plunged into a gorge, at Bada Kamba in Nichar area of Kinnaur district late on Friday night. IGP (Shimla), Zahoor Zaidi , "The accident was so fatal that only one person who jumped out of the vehicle survived.
