Shimla, May 12 (ANI): Asserting that the doors of diplomacy are never closed, Pakistan's High Commissioner Abdul Basit on Thursday said it is time to commence the dialogue process between the two Asian neighbours. Basit further said there is always a hope for bilateral talks between India and Pakistan. When asked as to what can be expected in the near future with regard to the talks, Basit candidly said expect good things to happen in near future for a change.
